Strategic researcher, futures thinker, and cultural translator helping people understand what's changing and why it matters.
Currently doing this on my substack,
In The Making.
About Me
I’m Kinsey, a Californian expat based in Munich. I'm a speculative futures practitioner working at the intersection of anthropology, futures thinking, and hands-on making. I bring an anthropological lens to the question of what's next: not just what's changing, but what it means for real people navigating their lives. I’m inspired by all things culture, from sci-fi to fashion.
I’m currently building my independent consulting practice and open to new clients.
Expertise
I've partnered with organizations like Audi, SAP, Allbirds, and PwC to make emerging futures tangible through scenario building, ethnographic research, speculative design artifacts, and immersive installations.
My approach is inherently cross-domain: the most useful signals rarely come from inside an industry. I also bring this thinking into the classroom as a facilitator at UnternehmerTUM and as a member of RADAR, an international collective of futurists.
